What better way to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day than great beer and a little bit of fundraising. Please join us as we try to engage your palate with tasty brews and raise money for the Boys and Girls Club of the Mat-Su. We will be hanging out at the Palmer Train Depot from 6:30 to 10 pm. Be sure to wear you green in order to avoid the St. Paddy’s pinch.

Join the Alaskan Brew Crew to celebrate the release of its newest year-round beer, Kicker Session IPA. This full-flavored IPA will let you last all night, which you’ll want to do with Playboy Spaceman performing, giveaways and ridiculous games.

Grape vs. Grain Dinner at Inlet Towers PubHouse

Come enjoy pairings from Alaskan Brewing and Robert Mondavi. This event will have each course paired with a beer selection as well as a wine selection, and you’ll be the judge. This friendly competition should settle the age old question, and finally prove that beer is the ultimate pair with all types of food. Tickets can be purchased through the PubHouse. Beer drinkers wanted.

Alaskan Brewing Beer Dinner at Double Eagle Restaurant at 7 p.m.

Join Double Eagle and Alaskan’s Jon Blakely for a beer dinner featuring Alaskan Beer paired with creative offerings from Double Eagle’s chefs. Attendees will receive a complementary 7 oz. tasting glass and learn about the beers and their pairings. The cost is $30 and seating is limited. Reservations can be made by calling Double Eagle at 907-328-2208.
