Class 5 Pale Ale delivers a flood of strong tropical and citrus flavors with an undertow of light sweetness navigating an exciting taste experience. It’s propelled by Australian Eclipse hops bringing the flavors of sweet mandarin, citrus peel, and fresh pine, as well as hints of kiwi and grapefruit.
Additions of Strata hops lend more citrus, passion fruit and strawberry flavors, while the Simcoe hops provide inviting flavors of stone fruit, pine, and apricot to this new year-round release. Its golden hue comes from a malt build of Pale, Carapils, and Malted Wheat.
