Excursion West Coast Style IPA is dominated by the in-your-face fresh hop flavors of bright pine and fresh cut cedar with some orange and lemon peel undertones. Characteristic of the style, the beer finishes moderately bitter with a little sweetness for balance.
Its hop build includes kettle additions of Chinook, Simcoe, Amarillo, and Citra hops followed by dry hopping with the latter three in the tank. It pours a light golden hue from Pilsen and Munich Malt build.
